economy
The local constituents of Lanuza are engaged in agricultural and fishing activities. The fact that the municipality is predominantly comprised with farmlands, rivers and seas leads its people to utilize such resources for basic provision of foods and sorts of livelihood. Inland and upland areas are used for vegetation and other forms of agricultural crops (rice, corn, tropical fruits and high value commercial crops) which are sold to public markets and other marketing linkages. At another angle, aquatic resources pave way for coastal barangays to indulge in fishing.
