- Processing and Recording of TD
- The local assessment officer evaluates and signs the updated tax declaration.
- Taxmapper records the transaction in the Tax Map Control Roll (TMCR)
- Local Assessment Operations officer records the updated TD. In the log book.
- The assessment clerk prepares the transmittal to the provincial office for approval.
- Municipal Assessor sign's the TD, transmittal and recommend the approval to the provincial Assessor.
- The provincial assessor's office assigns new TD No.
